This hardy Ceanothus is a low growing, evergreen shrub which is smothered with powdery blue flowers from May - June. 

Can be grown in Full Sun/Partial Shade. Can also be grown in containers.

A relatively low maintenance, evergreen shrub. When the plant has flowered, reduce shoots by one third. Apply a layer of compost to the base of the plant.
